Position Summary:
As our Community Engagement Executive, you will be the bridge between our organisation and the
vibrant communities we serve. You will craft and execute innovative strategies to foster
relationships, drive engagement, and create memorable experiences. If you are a people person

Requirements:
- Passionate Advocate: Diploma or Certification in Community Development, Community
Engagement, Community Outreach or related field. Previous experience in a similar role with a
proven track record. - Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups and
stakeholders. - Creative Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting
engaging content. - Organised Go-Getter: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and
events simultaneously. - Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect & Develop and implement creative strategies to engage community members,
partners, and stakeholders. - Build Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local organisations,
influencers, and community leaders. - Drive Initiatives: Organise and oversee community events, campaigns, and outreach programs
that align with our mission and goals. - Engage & Communicate: Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and other
communication channels to amplify our message. - Monitor & Report: Track engagement metrics and analyse the impact of our initiatives to
continuously improve our approach.
