Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for keeping facilities running like a well-oiled machine? We’re looking for a Senior Executive, Building Maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance hands-on maintenance with strategic planning.

Position Summary

The Senior Executive (Building Maintenance) will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems and infrastructure within the organisation. This individual will lead a team in ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, complying with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards. The role requires strong management skills, technical knowledge of building systems, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractors effectively.

Requirements

•  Education & Experience – Diploma/Bachelor’s in Facilities Management (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in building maintenance or facilities management, with leadership experience.

•  Certifications – Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Work Safety Health (WSH) certifications are a plus!

•  Project Management Skills – Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the big picture.

•  Communication & Leadership – Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.

 • Hands-On Approach – Willingness to walk the floors, inspect systems, and step in when needed.
