Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
8-10 years of leadership experience managing diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement long-term and short-term goals for both departments.
- People Management – Lead and mentor teams across finance, building maintenance, service, and education.
- Operational Oversight – Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in Corporate Services and Kindergarten.
- Budget & Resource Management – Monitor financial performance, allocate resources, and optimise cost efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication – Act as a key liaison between departments and senior management.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, policies, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation and process improvements within both departments.
