WE ARE HIRING: Head (Religious Advancement)
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to lead the mosque’s religious learning and youth development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee Islamic learning programmes, dakwah initiatives, and religious education classes
• Provide religious guidance, counselling, and mentorship to congregants, Mosque Religious Officers (MROs), and younger asatizah
• Oversee youth development strategies, programmes, and engagement initiatives
• Mentor youth officers, youth leaders, and volunteers
• Strengthen partnerships with community stakeholders and youth networks
• Drive impactful outreach, digital engagement, and community initiatives
Requirements
• Degree in Islamic or Religious Studies
• ARS Certified (Tier 1)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in youth development and creative dakwah is an advantage
